FAQs

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?

Catering orders require 48 hours' notice. But if you need something sooner, please contact us to inquire about availability! For corporate gifting orders and events and experiences, we ask for 7-10 days' notice.

Our flagship Bleecker Street location boasts three customizable event spaces. We can also bring our classes and events to your NYC office or venue of your choice. For those outside of NYC, we offer virtual classes and events over Zoom, and we'll send our cheeses directly to your guests. Our events are highly customizable, and we look forward to working with you to create an experience that works for you.

WHERE DO YOU HOST EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES?

For catering orders, we offer convenient delivery within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. (If outside the zone but within the tristate area, please inquire about delivery options and fees). For corporate gifting orders and virtual events, we ship nationwide.

In addition to cheese and charcuterie boards, our catering menu offers a range of options, including thoughtfully composed salads, small bites, sandwiches, flatbreads, and sweets, for gatherings large and small. For corporate gifting, you can choose from a variety of expertly curated gift boxes featuring world-class cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments, with customizable options available. For events and experiences, we offer a range of unique food options: staffed grazing boards, dinners with a seasonal, chef-driven menu, cocktail parties with small bites, mozzarella making and mac & cheese stations, and more.
